Server Infrastructure
We supply, configure, administer and maintain targeted whitebox server builds designed specifically for your company's requirements. These range from cost effective virtual machine solutions hosted on our servers to a complete on site server room configuration with multiple servers to support your enterprise.
A client was operating with 5 independent workstations and wanted to move to a Standard Operating Environment with user level control over data and software access. Working from outside the office but with all the office resources available at high speed was becoming necessary as all their software providers moved to the cloud. We supplied them with a server providing power and data level redundancy to ensure it would always be available. Using Microsoft's Remote Desktop Services, we combined all of their workstation operating environments into a single Standard Operating Environment on their Server. We continue to support, administer and manage this Server.

Workstations
We supply, configure, administer and maintain your company's workstations (including laptops, desktops and tablets) designed to meet your workflow goals. Our cost effective range are always delivered configured and ready for your work environment.
When a serviced client suffers a workstation failure, our management of their workstations means we have complete information about the software and services they use on the workstation. As a result, when we arrive on site to physically replace the workstation, it already has all the required software installed and configured ready to work. We keep a small stock of workstations that have been physically assembled and are ready to deploy at all times. This helps minimise the interruption to your business when a hardware failure occurs.
Communications
We supply, configure, administer and maintain the full range of Avaya IP Office telephone systems, including digital and IP handsets and conference phones for your business needs.
We will also configure, administer and maintain your Apple IOS and Google Android based smartphones and tablets. This ensures your company's mobile devices are business ready as soon as they are supplied.
A major client faced a challenge with their telephony solutions. They were using phone systems at all their branches but couldn't transfer calls between branches without tieing up their limited supply of outside phone lines. We Designed, Supplied and Implemented a low cost Avaya Telephone Network that spans the country. All their internal telephone calls are made without charge and incoming calls are easily routed to the office most suited to handle the calls. We continue to Administer, Manage and Support this network.
They were also having trouble dealing with their escalating costs of supplying and configuring mobile telephones to staff. We have reduced their handset costs by 60% and remotely configure and secure their iOS and Android devices. This helps new staff be ready to work in the shortest time possible.
